Return + Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Start your return or exchange quickly and easily through our Return Portal here. Please review our policy below for eligibility and details.  

  
Eligibility for Returns + Exchanges  
  

Eligible products must be returned or exchanged within 45 days of when the product shipped. An email confirmation will be sent from The Official Canada Shop of the PWHL on the date the product shipped. 

Due to the Canada Post strike, we’ve extended our returns + exchanges policy to February 15, 2024. 

Final sale, custom and clearance items are not eligible for a return or exchange. Items that are final sale will be clearly indicated on their individual product page. 

Items must be in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.  

Only items purchased online from ca.shop.thepwhl.com can be returned.   

Items bought at a game venue cannot be returned online. Please follow up directly with the venue for return instructions.   

Please note that all product-related issues, such as missing or damaged items/packages, must be reported within 30 days of the shipping date to support@thepwhl.com 

  

Returning or Exchanging Online Orders   
   

Start Your Return   

Locate your order number from your order confirmation or shipping notification email. Then, visit our Return Portal here, enter your order number and shipping postal code or email address, and follow the instructions.  

Prepare Your Package  

After submitting your request, you’ll receive an email with our prepaid shipping label. Pack your items securely (using the original packaging if possible) and attach the shipping label to the package.  

Ship Your Return  
Drop off your package at the nearest shipping location. Once we receive, inspect, and process your return, you’ll be notified via email.  

  

Exchanges  

Our exchange policy allows for an exchange if the same item is available in a different size. During the return process, available sizes will be displayed for you to choose from. If the desired size is available, you can opt for an exchange instead of a return.  If your size is unavailable, we recommend that you process a return to ensure it falls within our return time period of 45 days of shipping date.  

Returned items for exchange may require up to 14 business days for the replacement to be shipped from receipt.  

 

Refund Timing  

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 7-20 business days of receiving your return, depending on your card issuer's policies. If you do not see the refund within this timeframe, we recommend contacting your card issuer for further information.  

  

Additional Information  

We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet our return criteria.  

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.  

We will refund shipping fees if we have made a fulfillment or shipping error. Exchanges are not subject to additional shipping fees. We do not refund shipping fees on returned items.
