Shipping Policy

Holiday 2024 Shipping Information 

Orders placed by the deadlines below will be shipped for arrival by Tuesday, December 24. Some exclusions apply to out-of-stock and pre-order items. These exceptions will be clearly indicated on the product pages.  

Canadian Standard Shipping 
Place your order by Sunday, December 8, 5pm EST for standard delivery within Canada. If you qualify for free shipping, it will be sent standard delivery.  
Exceptions: Blankets and Drinkware products ship from the US. Due to the time required for border crossing and customs processing, we cannot guarantee delivery of these items by December 24 if ordered after November 26, 5pm EST.
 
NOTE: During the Canada Post Corporation strike we are using alternate delivery providers to ensure uninterrupted delivery times. Exceptions: Rural addresses and PO Box deliveries are not serviced by alternate delivery providers and may experience delays.  

 

International Standard Shipping to the United States (US) 
Place your order by Friday November 29, 5pm EST for standard delivery to the US. 
For faster delivery to the US and a better holiday shopping experience, we strongly recommend shopping our US online shop here. 

 

Orders placed after the specified deadlines above do not have guaranteed delivery by Tuesday, December 24. 

Currently, we ship exclusively to Canada and the United States. In the future, we hope to expand our international shipping options.  

 

Standard Shipping Delivery Times 

Order processing time is approximately 2-5 business days. Standard shipping time is an additional 3-7 business days. If the item is in stock, expect your order to arrive within 5-12 business days from the order date. Refer to the product page for delivery time exceptions. 

 

Free Standard Shipping within Canada  

For deliveries within Canada, free standard shipping applies to all Canadian orders over $200 CAD after discounts and before taxes. Free shipping is applied automatically. No code is required. See details here. 

 

Shipping Rates within Canada 

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, standard shipping rates apply and vary by package weight. Standard shipping is $16 CAD for packages under 1lb and $22 CAD for packages 1lb and over.  

Please note, shipping rates are subject to change. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, please refer to the shipping details provided during checkout.  

 

International Shipping to the United States (US) 

We offer international shipping to the US from our Canadian online shop. Please note that duties, taxes and US delivery fees will be calculated and added at checkout. Free shipping does not apply to US delivery.

Duties and Taxes 

Certain products ship from the US and may be subject to duties and taxes and those fees cannot be prepaid at checkout. For items that ship from the US, these fees will be collected after your purchase. The carrier will contact you directly to arrange payment, and it will be your responsibility to complete this process before delivery.  

Affected products are noted with "Duties and taxes will be required at time of delivery" on their product pages. 

 

Order Tracking 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from The Official Canada Shop of the PWHL with a tracking number and estimated delivery date.  

 

Multiple Shipments 

Orders may be split across multiple shipments and items ordered together may not ship on the same day. If your order is shipped in separate packages, you will receive a shipping confirmation email for each package sent. You will only be charged one shipping fee for your entire order, and we will ensure your items are delivered to you as soon as they become available.  

 

Pre-Orders 

A limited number of products are sold as pre- orders and are not in stock at the time your order is placed. These items will be clearly noted on the product page with an estimated ship date. If you have in-stock items and pre-order items included in your order, the pre-order item product page will indicate if the in-stock item will ship separately or be held to ship together with the pre-order item.   

 

Lost Orders 

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@thepwhl.com.   

We require all lost package reports to be submitted within 30 days of the original shipping date. Upon receiving your report, we will investigate the issue with our shipping partners and strive to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
