What is a PWHL Digital Gift Card?
A PWHL Digital Gift Card (E-Gift Card) is delivered by email and can be used on the PWHL online store that matches its currency.
- USD cards work on the Official U.S. Shop of the PWHL.
- CAD cards work on the Official Canada Shop of the PWHL.
How do I receive the E-Gift Card?
Your E-Gift Card is sent to the email address entered at checkout. It includes a unique code you’ll enter during checkout when you’re ready to shop.
Can I send an E-Gift Card to someone else?
Yes. You can enter the recipient’s email address, add a personalized message, and choose a delivery date and time. This makes gifting more personal and convenient. Make sure the recipient’s email is entered correctly — once an E-Gift Card is delivered, we can’t resend or replace it if it goes to the wrong inbox.
Where can E-Gift Cards be used?
E-Gift Cards (CAD) can be redeemed online only at the Official Canada Shop of the PWHL
They are not valid for venues, pop-ups, in-person events, or ticket purchases.
Can I use a U.S. E-Gift Card on the Canada site or vice versa?
No.
E-Gift Cards (USD) can only be used at the Official U.S. Shop of the PWHL
E-Gift Cards (CAD) can only be used on the Official Canada Shop of the PWHL
Do E-Gift Cards expire?
No. They never expire and there are no fees.
Can E-Gift Cards be refunded?
No. All E-Gift Card purchases are final.
Can I use more than one E-Gift Card at checkout?
Yes. You can apply multiple E-Gift Cards to the same online order.
Can I combine an E-Gift Card with a discount code or another payment method?
You can’t use a discount code to buy an E-Gift Card. When you use an E-Gift Card to make a purchase, you can combine it with a discount code or another payment method.
Can I reload or add more value to an E-Gift Card?
No. E-Gift Cards can’t be reloaded once purchased.
What if I can’t find my E-Gift Card email?
Check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, email us at support@thepwhl.com.
What if my recipient never received their E-Gift Card?
Ask them to check spam or junk folders. If it’s still missing and the original email was correct, contact support@thepwhl.com and we’ll help.
What E-Gift Card amounts are available for purchase?
E-Gift Cards are available for $25, $50, $100, $150, $250, and $500 CAD denominations.
